Booking & Reservations

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (December to April). For special events or large groups, booking 6-8 weeks ahead is ideal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge.

Requirements & Safety

Do I need a boating license?

For most of our boats, you do not need a boating license. However, some larger vessels may require a captain. We'll inform you of any specific requirements when you book.

What safety equipment is provided?

All our boats come equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency communication devices. Safety is our top priority.

Pricing & Payment

What's included in the rental price?

Our rental prices include the boat, safety equipment, and basic insurance. Fuel, captain (if required), and additional services are extra.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
